Your GTM is Broken.

Why Better Together.

The First B2B Go-to-Market Conference. Focused on Unifying Teams and Tech.

GTM is hard, and it shows: 56% of companies missed revenue goals last year. To fix pipelines, revenue, renewals, and expansions, we can’t just fix sales or marketing.

We need a holistic approach that involves sales, marketing, customer success, RevOps, product, and executive leadership. We need tech that integrates into a strategic stack that is greater than the sum of their parts.

GTM is Better Together is a new category of events that combines the deep learning of a user conference, the case studies of an industry trade show, the innovative solutions of a technology conference, and the intimate feel of an executive forum.

GTM is Better Together is an invitation-only, four-city series of executive summits focused on bringing mid-market and enterprise GTM teams together to solve your biggest problems.

That’s why it’s the first conference ever to offer two-for-one tickets. Get one for yourself and give the other to a GTM counterpart on another team: they can attend in any city!

Partners for GTM is Better Together have been carefully selected to represent the epitome of GTM technology; they each provide unique capabilities and solutions that complement each other and work better together. Partners include: Demandbase, Clari, G2, MadKudu, ON24,Vidyard, Technology Advice, Totango + Catalyst and ZoomInfo.

Attend if you are a current or future customer of one of our technology partners. Attend if you are a senior B2B leader at a midmarket or enterprise company who wants to unite your GTM teams and technology.

Why Bring Your Team to Better Together 2024?

Join an elite group of leaders shaping the discussion around what a modern,
Enterprise, GTM team and tech stack should look like and how it can be best
Optimised for efficiency and scalability.

GTM is Better Together Workshop - The New Framework for Go-to-Market

Location: Atlanta - Epicurean, Grand Ballroom

Go-to-Market has evolved and as we like to say, it is not a marketing or sales or even customer success problem. It is a GTM problem and a quick-fix strategy or a single GTM motion is not enough to solve this problem. It needs a framework that addresses the end-to-end process of Go-to-Market from marketing to customer success.

Enter the GTM Operating System. The GTM OS (Operating System) is an 8-pillar framework developed by GTM Partners to provide organizations with a blueprint to provide clarity and alignment in their strategic planning and execution process.

The eight pillars of Total Relevant Market, Market Investment Map, Brand & Demand, Pipeline Velocity, Customer Time-to-Value, Customer Expansion, Revenue Operations and Leadership & Management focus on the individual aspects of the GTM process and bringing in data-back research to strategize each pillar in the OS.

This session is an analyst-led workshop that takes you through the eight pillars of the GTM Operating System in an hour. It will serve as a good preface to the sessions that are coming up next and put the discussions in context of the GTM process and the GTM OS.

Delivering your GTM Strategy with AI

Location: New York

One of the five mega-trends identified in the GTM Partners benchmark study is that AI won’t take your job, but people who use AI better will. In this session, you will learn:
  • Why AI won’t take your job? Discover how AI is a collaborative partner that enhances human decision-making, creativity, and strategic execution in GTM plays.
  • How you can prepare for market changes driven by AI
  • Practical applications of AI in key stages of the buyer’s journey where AI can help identify untapped opportunities for renewal, expansion, and cost reduction
  • Where to strategically apply AI—and where to avoid it
  • Understand how AI differs from other emerging technologies and why its predictive and automation capabilities uniquely position it to transform Go-to-Market strategies
  • How to shift from siloed point solutions to end-to-end platforms as part of a larger digital transformation strategy

Frequently Asked Questions

GTM is Better Together will include networking, keynotes, research, best practices, panels, GTM awards, and real GTM leaders sharing their tech stacks and approaches to team unity. We have a few surprises planned as well, and promise an event experience that will be not only educational but fun.
There will be a call for speakers on the 12th June 2024. In the meantime, you can send us an email to btATgtmpartnersDOTcom to express interest.
The event is one day, starting at 8 a.m. and ending with a networking happy hour from 5-7 p.m. with local musicians.

We expect around 150 attendees in each city.

We are hosting a birds-of-a-feather breakfast in the morning, opportunities to meet with each other and partners throughout the day, and a happy hour at the end of the day.

If you are a customer of our Better Together partners, you can come for free. Tickets for others are $999 for a pair of tickets so you can bring a colleague.
